Is the Crisis Ledger a software application?
No. It is a structured record inside the PDF: a Master index connected to law-specific entries. It does not track events for you. The ten Laws behind it are not static text either: they are revisited and reissued as the operating environment changes. This edition reflects the Laws, and the crisis data, as they stood at 31 October 2026.
